Hellooooo everybodyyy I hope you all had an awesome Thanksgiving and reflected on what God has blessed you with!! This email is probably going to be a bit shorter because I don't have a ton of time.

From Monday night to Wednesday night, we went on an exchange with the Commerce Sisters. I stayed in Howell with Sister Incardone and it was super fun!! We ate dinner with a member at the fanciest restaurant I've ever been to. The waitress brought out a plate of knives and told us to choose our steak knives. It was crazy!!

For Thanksgiving, we had dinner with a less active member who has 10 cats! We got there at 2 and didn't eat until 4 but it was really good food!!
Friday we had interviews with President and he told me I'm getting transferred for my last transfer so that's fun. Idk where yet tho!
On Sunday we ate dinner with a family that has 5 kids and a bunch of grandkids so it felt like I was home! It was super fun!! The food was healthy and I got to try sourdough stuffing so very interesting!!
Anyway, I hope you all have an amazing week!! Stay warm!! God loves you!!

Helloooo everybodyyyyy!! My week seems like it has lasted 2 years but 2 seconds at the same time!!

On Tuesday we went to MLC and it was pretty good!! We found out that we are going to be getting more MSF funds so that's exciting. Starting December 1st we are getting "paid" 20 more bucks!! Me and Elder Bell did yet again another musical number and it went pretty well! We played a piano duet of an arrangement of Baptism.
Wednesday we had the first district council of the transfer and it was super fun!! I always love seeing the other missionaries in my district cuz we are all just besties.
On Thursday we had DLTC which is just a video call with us, the zone leaders, and the district leaders. In the beginning, the zone leaders were screen sharing a video of the Tabernacle choir for the opening song off of Facebook and at the end, the suggested video started playing and without going into detail, but oh my goodness it was scandalous hahaha.... you could probably guess what it was... But we all were laughing so hard because we were all so embarrassed for them and then they finally got it taken off and their faces were so red and it was really funny.
That night we were knocking on some doors and the street we picked was blessed. We found 2 people that night but one of them is just the best!! Her name is Beth and she came outside of her door to talk to us and she was so interested in our message and the fact that we leave our families for 18 months to teach people about Jesus. She's so precious. Later that night we went to a soup relief society activity and I had too many bowls of soup and did not feel good afterward but it was worth it!
On Friday night we went to a member's house because she was having this party for everyone who helped set up her 30-foot Christmas village. This lady went all out and my sisters and mom would probably be jealous of her lol.
Saturday we did some service and I got my workout of the century in... they had us move like 14 toilets across the whole property, a few couches, a table, and a cabinet, and let me tell you my forearms are so sore. It is hurting me to type this email lol.
Anyway, I hope you all have an amazing Thanksgiving, and remember to always give thanks!! This scripture really stuck out to me this week and it's perfect for Thanksgiving! It's Alma 26:37 and it says,
"Now my brethren, we see that God is mindful of every people, whatsoever land they may be in; yea, he numbereth his people, and his bowels of mercy are over all the earth. Now this is my joy, and my great thanksgiving; yea, and I will give thanks unto my God forever. Amen."
Love ya!!

Helloooo everybodyyy! This week has been a rollercoaster of emotions like I feel like most weeks are.

On Monday we had a zone activity where we had a Friendsgiving and we played a bunch of volleyball and ate a bunch of food. I made my famous funeral potatoes and everyone loved them! One of the Sisters in the zone told me I was ready to be a mother and I took that as a compliment. We also pied the zone leaders in the face so that was really fun to watch.
On Wednesday morning my Mission President called us to tell me I was staying in Howell and that my companion was going to be Sister Lamborn and she's been out for about a year. When President called to tell me, he said "The only bad thing about you two being together is we put the shortest sister in the mission with the tallest." My new companion is 4'11"...... We get a lot of stares out in public..... Anyway, we also had our last district council of the transfer, and ngl it was so sad. Because our district only has 3 companionships in it, we all got super close and I kinda wanna cry about it but it's fine.
Friday we went to tranfers and me and Sister Griffin parted ways. I hate being with companions for 2 transfers because you get so close and you get used to them so when you leave each other there is soooo much to get used to with a different companion. But I always LOVE going to transfers!! I saw a lot of my friends and it just makes me so so happy. Sometimes I think back to when I was not gonna go on a mission and then I am so glad that I did because I would have missed out on some of my best friends in the whole world!!
Sunday was really good!! In Sacrament meeting and Relief Society, we talked a lot about abiding in Christ. The gist of that is if we walk with Christ and make the decisions to grow closer to Him, we will feel His hand in our lives more. Christ is ALWAYS there for every one of us even if it doesn't feel like it. I've had to remind myself of that a lot this week because I've said it once and I'll say it again.... missions are HARD but they are so worth it for the people you meet and the testimony you grow of the restored gospel on the earth today. God is in the details and He loves us all so individually and perfectly!!
Anyway, after that spiritual thought a cool miracle we saw yesterday was we were out stopping by people and knocking around and I felt really prompted to go down a certain street so we did and then my comp felt really prompted to knock on a certain house (we call that a team bing). The lady named Sophia answered and she was so nice and she told us she would love to hear a message because she is the only believer in her house and would love to talk with us!! Kinda cool!!
Here's a little reminder that I need so I'm going to write it and maybe one of you needs it too... but God knows what He is doing even if we don't. We may not know why God has certain things happen but He does so just sit back and relax and He's got your back!!!
I love you all more than you know!!

Helloooo everybodyyy!! This week was a fun one!!

On Tuesday it was obviously Halloween but more importantly, it was Nevada Day! So happy birthday to my favorite place!! But anyway, we did service for this really sweet lady who has 9 kids, 3 dogs, and 4 cats. The bad thing is one of the dogs was not potty trained at all so I was mopping up many many pee spots. You can just imagine what it smelt like and we are going back tomorrow so pray for my nasal passages. As for the rest of the day, it literally snowed on Halloween and we had to be in by 7 so it was very chill and we got to call family so that was fun!!

On Wednesday we went to District Council and then we went on an exchange with the Commerce Sisters so I stayed in Howell with Sister Taylor AKA, my brother-in-law's cousin. Kinda fun! I also really needed it. For the exchange study, we focused a lot on teaching in the Savior's way and oh my goodness it was so good!! It's just so important to do everything motivated by love because too many people don't feel that and the Savior is the perfect example of that!! That night we had a lesson with our friend Donna and she wants to get baptized!! but she told us she has to quit some Word of Wisdom stuff and for some reason, I told her I'd do it with her with Dr. Pepper..... pray for me pls.

Thursday and Friday were pretty normal we had a good lesson with our friend Eliana and with our friend Carmen. They are just the best! But Saturday we did service at this place called restore we got there and the lady asked if we liked to destroy things. I gladly said yes and so she gave me a sledgehammer, safety glasses, gloves, and a bookshelf that no one was buying and that they needed to get rid of. I went to the back and went ham on that thing. I am still very sore from it but it helped a lot with the anger I was feeling randomly hahaha!!

Sunday was fast and testimony meeting and when they opened the testimonies up to the congregation, I thought a flashmob was going to happen based on how many people stood up and went to the front. I had never seen that before. There were so many people we went 10 minutes over the hour. It was a really good meeting focused a lot on the love of God so it fit in perfectly with my week!!

Anyway, I hope everyone has an amazing week!! This week is transfers so I think I will have a new companion next Monday so stay tuned!!
