Merry Christmas everybody!! I hope everyone is having the best Christmas ever! Ours has been pretty chill so I'm not mad! I have always loved Christmas and now that I'm older it's a bit more special!! It's a time we get to remember the importance of Jesus Christ and something I've been reminded of is we wouldn't celebrate Christmas if Easter didn't happen. So remember Christ is the reason for the season!!
Now I know I have said this a lot but this week was for real an absolute roller coaster of events and emotions so let's get into it!! On Tuesday we had a cool little miracle. We were out knocking on doors and the way we chose the street was we would get to a stop sign and basically follow the spirit and then we would choose which way to turn. We ended up on this one street and the last door we knocked on before we had to leave this lady named Bri answered. We asked if we could share a scripture and she said yes! I was trying to find my go-to doorstep scripture but I swear it left my brain. I could not remember the reference for the life of me so I started to internally panic lol. I just started fanning through the book and my eye caught on to Ether 12:27 which talks about how if we are humble and turn to the Lord, He will strengthen us in our weaknesses. I read that and it was PERFECT!! She said that scripture was so fitting that it was creepy because that's what kept getting brought up in her life. We are now teaching her and she said she wants to come to church!! That night we went to FHE and decorated cookies so that was fun!
Wednesday was another miracle moment. We had gone to district council over in Finlay Ohio and on our way back we had taken a wrong turn or exit somewhere along the way so it took us longer to get back to BG. When we got back, we had to run to the dollar tree to get something so as we were walking in a little old lady was walking about 25 feet in front of us. She went to step up on the curb and she tumbled and started going down. When she hit the floor, it did not look good. Me and Sister Taylor ran up to help her up off the concrete and when she went to grab our hands, I thought her whole thumb got cut off. There was SO MUCH blood. I went behind her and hoisted her up by her armpits and we brought her inside the dollar tree to get her some help. The workers took her into the manager's office and they asked us to stay and write a report of what we saw. They called 911 and she was off! Basically, if we had taken the right turn, we wouldn't have been there to help that old lady and it was just crazy to us because God works in mysterious ways even when we think we are making mistakes (because we do).
Another miracle from that night was when we were just quickly trying to stop by this guy who was formerly taught before our dinner appointment. As we were walking to his house, Sister Taylor said let's knock on this house real fast. So, we did and this guy named Larry answered. I went to share the scripture and I felt like I should share Alma 40:11 which talks about what happens after we die. He had SO many questions!! He really wanted to read the Book of Mormon because he had never heard of it. Since then, he's been texting us and he's been reading it!! He really wants to meet up this week! Larry is going to get baptized. I just know it!!
Friday was our mission Christmas party and it was so fun!! It's always the best seeing all of your friends!! In the middle of it, I got a call from my parents telling me that my dad's mom passed away. While there were lots of tears shed, I know she's in a much better place. If any of you remember my first transfer on my mission (in Ohio) my dad's dad passed away. So I know they had the best reunion ever after a year of being apart.
Christmas Eve, we went to church and so many of our friends came it was awesome!! The service was so good!! Obviously because of Christmas all of the talks were based on why we celebrate and it was a good reminder.
I want you all to know that God is aware of you and every situation you are in. This week was a real testament of that to me. I was able to be the instrument in His hand to help those around me and that is just the best feeling!! Pray to be the person He uses to be an answer to someone else's prayer. I can promise it brings really cool experiences. And if you made it to the end of this you're a real one!

Helloooo everybodyyyy! I've been staying pretty warm considering it's been in the 50s the last like 2 weeks!! Today it finally snowed a little bit so hopefully we have a white Christmas!!
This week was insane with transfers and all. On Monday we had a zone activity where we played chair soccer and basketball and it was super fun!! This week was so long I honestly have no memory of what happened Tuesday... I'm sure it was good tho. Oh, I remember that we ate dinner with this cute old couple and they took us to see Christmas lights so that was amazing!!
On Wednesday my mission president called me to tell me I was getting transferred to Bowling Green Ohio!! #banished.... I'm now with Sister Taylor and we are having a blast down here in Ohio!! People are a lot nicer here... so far... Anyway, we went to our last district council and it was so sad! My last district was literally the best! Miss them so much!!
A lot of this week was full of packing and oh my goodness I have so much stuff!! I sent home a 31-pound box so rip to me lol...
On Friday we had transfers and I always love going!! I saw all my friends and I just had the best time! Ever since then, I've been in good ole BG!! We have gotten fed every night since I got here and the members give us leftovers so that's the best! I already got asked to speak on New Year's Eve so wish me luck! Sorry if this letter is kind of boring, I literally just can't remember anything but I love you all so much!!!

Helloooo everybodyyyy!! This week was a pretty good one!
It started off with a bang because I went to the Henry Ford Museum for the first time and oh my goodness that was so fun!! I went with my district and I just had the best time!! They have these machines there where it will pour hot plastic into a mold of a car so I got 3 different things... one of them being the Oscar Meyer Weinermobile and that thing was the highlight I think lol. The whole time I was just thinking about how my brother Matthew would be like a kid in a candy store in there haha!! Afterward, we went to a Mexican restaurant and I got steak fajitas and they were pretty good for Michigan!!
The sad part of the week is my sister informed me that my pet fish died that she was taking care of while I was gone... may he rest in peace.
Wednesday, we went on exchanges with the Northville Sisters so I went to Northville with Sister Stratford and I love her with my whole heart! She's the best!
Thursday night we had a little miracle. All day Thursday everything just felt so off and we were both in bad moods. A member in our ward invited us over for dinner super last minute and they are like my grandparents! We had a lesson over the phone right after and they joined it and Holy cow that was the most spiritual restoration lesson I've had in a while!! All I gotta say is the Book of Mormon is true and you should read it!!
Friday, we had another miracle. A while back we got a referral for this lady named Christina and we haven't been able to get into contact with her. We decided to call her one last time and she answered!! She remembered filling out the referral and said she could just feel that God wanted her to find a church. She's going through a hard time and she was just precious. The sad thing is she lives in Colorado.... not sure how we got that one but oh well!!
Saturday we had our ward Christmas party so that was a lot of fun!!
Sunday was fast and testimony meeting so I got up to bear my testimony because I'm pretty sure I'm getting transferred this week, so that was terrifying but it went OK!
I hope you all have the best week ever!!

Helloooo everybodyyyy I hope you're all staying warm!! It is officially gray and depressing 24/7 here so pray for me pls!!
Anyway... this week was eventful! On Monday we had a district activity where we all just kinda hung out at a church building and had fun! My dad sent me some piano music for me to play a musical number for the next day so that was stressful but I got through it!
Tuesday we had zone conference and it was pretty good! I can't remember anything super memorable from it but afterward was so good! We had a lesson with our friend Monique who sent in a self-referral. After talking to her for a while we ended up asking her if she wanted to be baptized and she started crying, kissed the Book of Mormon, and said yes! So she's on date now for December 16th so pray for her!!
The rest of the week we worked so hard and we were so busy! There was one day when we were going in between lessons and Sis Lamborn was driving and I was calling someone on her phone but I needed her thumbprint to get into it so as she was driving, I gave her her phone so she slowed down right over a train track and as she stopped the barriers started blinking and coming down. We looked to the left and we saw the train and its headlight and the horn! We started freaking out and Sis Lamborn hesitated like 5 times and then we got through it. My life flashed before my eyes!!
On Saturday morning us and the zone leaders got invited to breakfast at the stake president's house that was fun!!
Something happened last week that I want to tell you about! Last Sunday we were driving to church and as I was driving, I saw this house and the Spirit was screaming at me to knock on but I was stupid and didn't listen because we were gonna be late to church so I just went to church. I told Sis Lamborn about it so later that day we were knocking around and Sis Lamborn said why don't we go to that one house and we did. A lady named Kristen answered. She was the sweetest! After talking with her she told us she only came out to talk to us because she saw Jesus Christ's name on our name tags. That really stuck out to me because that's the whole reason we are out here!! He is the only name on our tags that has his full name! We sacrifice our first names for 18 months to preach about him!! He is the reason for the season #blessed
Yesterday I was able to teach the Elko Sunday school lesson and tbh I was terrified but I think it went OK! Preparing for it really helped me to reflect on my mission and why I'm out here! The mission has really changed my life and I couldn't be more grateful! I've learned so much about my Savior and how He loves me so individually!
Anyway, love you lots!!
Trust in the Lord!!
